1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Founder Copilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including founders, investors, and any other visitors.

2. Description of Service

Founder Copilot is an AI-powered platform that helps early-stage startup founders identify and match with relevant investors and grant programs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your pitch and company profile and surface opportunities that may be relevant to your fundraising goals.

The investor and grant matching results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. Founder Copilot does not guarantee introductions, funding outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party investor or grant information.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using Google authentication or a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your startup.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the AI models, matching algorithms, design, and code — are the exclusive property of Founder Copilot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any pitch content, company descriptions, or other materials you submit to the Service. By submitting such content, you grant Founder Copilot a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Founder Copilot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.

AI-generated investor and grant matches are suggestions based on publicly available signals and your submitted data. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founder Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable Ukrainian legislation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
